Just for thought…
Just for thoughts..
Have you ever wondered how your sensitive skin on your face is? I have not really thought about it until my acne started. I have not been paying any attention to my skin, only moisturizing it with a basic moisturizer.
Well, since my acne started, I have been trying all sorts of products to help control or get rid of it. From my experience, you should be careful of how many products you use and what kind of products you use. Some products might permanently cause your skin to be more sensitive to certain things while others can cause your skin to lose it’s colour. After using a variety products to help my acne, my skin is now more sensitive and more prone to damage. There is also a lot of uneven colour across my face, which can be frustrating when trying to apply very minimal make-up or wanting to go out with no make-up.
Let’s not forget about the antibiotics or supplements that may or may not help with acne. There are certain products out there that will help but most come with side effects. I was takings supplements before to help with my acne and it was helping slightly. However, I changed brands and it was causing me to have mood swings. I stopped taking them and felt better. I’ve been prescribed antibiotics but after reading the side-effects (and maybe immediately after that, coincidentally, watching an episode about how those antibiotics can cause staining of the teeth internally), I decided not to proceed with taking them.
I’m still experimenting with certain things to help control my acne. I’m leaning towards gentler products just because I how certain products can cause more harm than good (and also, the damage they can do to my wallet!). When I do find something, I’ll be sure to let you know!
Stay Beautiful!!
xx Sam

i think all the acne treatment made my skin more sensitive than help it
I stopped using a lot of prdts and it has helped me tremendously. looking forward for your reviews on what works
will definitely let you know when I find it!
Try Dermalogical products.
1. Medibac Cleanser (works but very strong, alternate days usage)
2. Activ Moist (Moisturizer)
3. Medibac Clearing gel (before you sleep)
Seems to work for me! Dont wash your face too many times! Even once a day will help
since its sensitive! Downside Derma stuff are pretty ex!
Thank WT for your recommendation! Maybe I’ll stop by Dermalogica to get some samples!
